Breathe and Balance
Yoga ritual

Saturday afternoons from 12 noon

What this ritual entails:

- Arrive with your yoga mat (we can supply one if needed), swimwear, and relaxed clothing suitable for yoga.
- Robes, towels, and slippers are provided.
- Your journey will begin with a 45-minute private yoga class by Ciara, a fully qualified yoga instructor.
- Expect a combination of a gentle flow with stretching. Class is suitable for all levels of practice.
- After yoga, make private use of our hydrotherapy pool and aroma steam room before enjoying a choice of treatment from the list below:

1. ESPA aromatherapy back massage and back of leg massage
